  1. The conditions of use of AnzacBears.com.au (the Website) include these Terms, and our Privacy Policy. Any other websites or terms and conditions that are linked to from the Website are not the remit of the Bears to Schools initiative and should be considered in isolation of this initiative. These Terms govern your use of this Website only.
  2. Content
    1. The Website and its content is subject to copyright, and other intellectual property rights. These rights are owned by Brandnet Pty Ltd (ABN 84 119 908 557), which administers the Website (the Site Administrator) on behalf of Bears to School, or in the case of some material, a third party.
    2. You must not otherwise reproduce, transmit (including broadcast), communicate, adapt, distribute, sell, modify or publish or otherwise use any of the material on the Website, including audio and video excerpts, except as permitted by the intentions and Terms of Use as outlined in this site.

The Bears to Schools initiative, and its partners, Australia in the Great War; the Returned and Services League of Australia; the National Servicemen’s Association, and Soldier On make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of information contained on the Website or others websites that can be accessed from the Website.
    7. It may be necessary at any time for Bears to School to make changes to the Website, and this may be done by the Site Administrator without notice.

    1. use the Website (including its social media sites) for any activities, or post or transmit to or via the Website any information or materials, which:
      1. breach any laws or regulations, infringe a third party’s rights or privacy, or which are contrary to any applicable standards or codes
      2. interfere with other users, or defame, harass, threaten, bully, or offend any person, or which inhibits any other user from using the Website
